A PTE Success Story: How Simranjeet Kaur achieved 90

Reading through the journey of a successful candidate always assists you through your journey of preparation to achieve the same goal. The preparation process for an exam includes watching or hearing from the students who have passed the test already. A person who has recently taken test acts as an expert advice for the aspiring students. To be more specific, they will have more updated versions of the test and will be able to say more about the test. Therefore, sharing a PTE success story with you all of our student Simranjeet Kaur has a motive of encouraging you and boosting your performance.

Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID, the demand of health professionals has drastically increased. Thereby, bringing in the influx of nursing students for attaining their registration as a nurse that permits them to work. Simranjeet came to us with an urge of becoming nurse and gave us a tight deadline of a fortnight in which we had to help her achieving 65 in all the modules.

While enrolment, she committed to study for longer hours which was a basic requirement of clearing the test. This girl was a blessed learner and started PTE preparation from scratch. She stayed at the premises for eight hours where she was helped by our dedicated staff members by providing her one on one. Her progress was a rapid fire as she was able to grasp every question type in her first lecture. However, she took double classes of each section as our structure covers all the modules in one week.

What really helped?

It was the real simulation mock tests that she gave twice. We were able to trace her weakness as mock tests provide a comprehensive evaluation. We could easily give her the plan of practice along with her feedbacks. We were able to make her whole “Goal Sheet into “celebrations” from “to work on” which assured us that she is completely ready for the test.

What she was provided a day before the test?

She was too anxious for her test, however, at Wings Education, we provide motivational sessions as well which helped her in calming down. She was made completely confident before the test. We did a matrix evaluation which helped both trainer and Simranjeet to know how ready we were, and outcomes proved that she was completely ready for the test.

On the day of the exam she was suggested to reach her exam premises before time so that she could calm her mind and should have no hustle in the head. Also, revision of templates and some warmups of Write From Dictation were suggested to do just before the test. This kept her busy from looking around and she was able to crack the test with her desired score in her very first attempt of PTE.
